Returns
At Naturalgoodsmarket, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our kitchen accessories. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items

Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@naturalgoodsmarket.com. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and indicate that you wish to make an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
